Our Operational Plan

The Europe Region Strategic Plan is based on goals contained in the WAGGGS’ Strategic Plan approved by the World Conference. These are:
  • To ensure all Member Organisations provide good quality Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting
  • To achieve recognition for WAGGGS as the leading and most relevant organisation working to enable girls and young women to realise their potential
  • To establish partnerships with relevant organisations to improve our influencing and funding opportunities.

Our Strategic Plan has been developed to help Associations provide quality Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting for young people throughout Europe. The Strategic Plan has been designed to enable Associations to grow in the areas of:
