Policy on Establishing links to the Europe Region WAGGGS web-site
Full and Associate Members are entitled to make links to the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS from their own web-site for the duration of their WAGGGS’ Membership.

Full and Associate members of WAGGGS are entitled to use links to the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS from their official web-site for the duration of their membership. Non-Member National Organizations recognised by WAGGGS as working towards Membership, may be granted permission to use the links to the web-site, from their own official web-site, for the time that they are recognized as working towards Membership.

Materials from the web-sites of the Europe Region WAGGGS may be reproduced by Member Organisations under the following circumstances:

  • Member Organisations should inform the Europe Office WAGGGS if they reproduce or re-use materials from the Europe Region WAGGGS’ web-site;
  • Text and graphics must not be altered in any way;
  • Any reproduced material must include an acknowledgement to the Europe Region WAGGGS;
  • Material may be reproduced for use on a Member Organisation’s web-site, but acknowledgements must be made to the Europe Region WAGGGS. The Europe Region WAGGGS must also be notified of the location where the item has been reproduced.

Any other web-site wishing to use the links to the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS may do so when they have received official permission in writing from the Europe Region WAGGGS. Any individual or organisation wishing to provide a link to the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS must first write to the Regional Executive of the Europe Region WAGGGS.

Any unofficial web-site using material from the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS, or providing a link to the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS will be contacted by the Regional Executive, and asked to remove any copied materials or links to the web-site of the Europe Region WAGGGS until permission to do so has been granted by the Europe Committee WAGGGS.
